Aerial Classes. Aerial Animals.

Those age 5-17 can also enjoy the benefits of aerial fitness, giving them a fun and engaging way to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Our Aerial Fitness classes see children taking part in a mix of Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop and Pole Silks, introducing them to a host of moves, tricks and combinations to challenge them both physically and mentally.

Whilst fitness may be the obvious benefit, our aerial classes can contribute to a child’s development in many ways, helping them to explore and enhance basic movement skills, social development, exposing them to a competitive environment, whilst building them physically in the areas of strength, flexibility, balance and control – areas which are required as a part of the National Curriculum.

Each member of staff is fully qualified, first aid trained, insured and DBS checked so you can be sure your child is in safe hands.

Classes are 45-60 minutes in duration (with the longer classes for older age groups). Class numbers are limited to 6-9 participant to ensure that children are given maximum attention. Classes are booked as courses in-line with the school term (5-8 weeks) unless otherwise stated. Course length will differ according to each term. This will also impact cost.

For safety reasons we do not allow parents within the studio whilst classes are taking place. However, we do have a waiting area where you are able to watch your child take part, or take advantage and simply enjoy a few minutes rest!
